1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing izzni.com or placing an order with Izzni Jewels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Enquiry-Based Orders
All purchases are processed through a direct enquiry flow — via WhatsApp, contact form, or phone. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and calculated using live metal rates at the time of viewing. Final confirmed prices are provided in writing before any payment is collected.
3. Pricing & Metal Rates
Gold, silver, and platinum prices fluctuate daily. The price shown in the product configurator is based on live spot rates at the time of viewing and is subject to change. Your confirmed order price is locked at the time of written confirmation and advance payment.
4. Custom Orders
Custom jewellery orders require a non-refundable design deposit (typically 25–30% of the confirmed order value). Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted. Design sketches and CAD renders are shared for approval before casting.
5. Hallmarking & Certification
All gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked as per Indian government regulations. Diamonds above 0.30ct are supplied with IGI or GIA certification. Gemstones are accompanied by origin certificates where applicable.
6. Shipping
All orders are shipped fully insured via registered courier. Domestic India orders are delivered within 7–14 business days for ready pieces and 21–30 days for custom orders. International orders (UAE and other countries) are delivered within 10–21 business days. Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Warranty

8. Intellectual Property
All content on izzni.com — including images, designs, text, and the Izzni Jewels brand — is the intellectual property of Izzni Jewels. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
